To provide an enriching and unique experience, our Montessori students were taken on a field trip.
Children had the opportunity to see and enjoy a diverse collection of birds, artificially created mountains, forests, fields, seashores, and deserts representing five ‘Sangam’ landscapes such as Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham, Neithal, and Paalai, a 7D theatre for the purpose of infotainment, ponds and lighthouse.
Overall, the trip was an exciting and educational experience that allowed students to connect with nature in a fun and frolicking way with their friends.
Grade 2 students of SanthanamVidhyalaya embarked on an exciting and educational trip to STEM park (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) at Srirangam. With interactive exhibits, planetarium and mini-theatre, students had an opportunity to explore the real-world applications of various disciplines, sparking curiosity and fostering a deeper understanding of the world around them.
This trip was a highly engaging and informative experience for our students.
Our students of class 1 had the opportunity to visit Mukkombu, a popular tourist destination here at Trichy. Known for its scenic beauty, historical significance, and recreational activities, Mukkombu offered the students an unforgettable experience that combined learning with enjoyment.
Educational tour to Thanjavur was a good experience for grade 5 students. The tour which took place on February 8 provided our students with a unique opportunity to learn outside the classroom. During the tour we visited Brihadeeswara temple one of the largest temple in India, Saraswathi Mahal Library one of the oldest subsisting libraries in Asia. It was a valuable learning experience for our students to know about a rare collection of Palm leaf manuscripts, books, maps and paintings on all aspects of art, culture and literature. Overall, it was a new, interesting and great experience for all.
To enhance the learning experience outside the classroom, our students from Class 7 embarked on an educational trip to Thirumayam Fort, a 17th century rampart and Chithannavasal at Pudukkottai.
Students had the opportunity to experience the ancient paintings and rock cut cave temples at Chithannavasal.
The trip was not only fun-filled but also an experience that made an impact with lasting memories.
