At Santhanam the career guidance starts early as in grade 10. The students sit for aptitude and psychometric tests to learn about their strengths and personality traits. They are made aware of the choices available both in subjects and their combination to suit their aspirations. They go through career guidance programme for two years of their senior secondary study.
To pursue a said career, the students are made aware about the entrance exams, which is a prerequisite for a student to clear before they get admission into that course and guided through a well curated and structured process.
