Our Grade XI students of Santhanam Vidhyalaya Senior Secondary School (CBSE) had the privilege of attending an inspiring session on “Civil Engineering: Building the Nation” by Mr. Kalyanakrishnan Venkataraman, Professional Engineer (PE), California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), State of California.
The session highlighted how civil engineering is the backbone of a nation’s development, shaping essential infrastructure such as roads, highways, freeways, bridges, and modern transportation systems.
