As a part of 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a seminar on ‘𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬’ was organised at our campus for the faculty members. The “Eve of Excellence’, the “𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐮”, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐋𝟏, the chief guest, in her speech, said that a strong bond with students can only be created when teaching is done with love and full involvement without pressurising the students too much. ‘Teachers should teach the concepts with relevant applications, she added. The session was not only inspirational but also truly motivational.
